South Fork of the Forked Deer near Halls For the South Fork Forked Deer River...including Halls...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...South Fork of the Forked Deer near Halls. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flood water is flowing over several low-lying roads near the river and access to low-lying areas will be limited due to high water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 13.0 feet tomorrow morning and will eventually rise to 14.0 feet Sunday morning.
